Data and purpose

We collect the email, language, test type, and the URL or sector indicated. We log the request in our CRM and present the result. A valid email is required to use these tests, except for the speed test, where it is optional. The email from this form does not authorise newsletters or commercial communications and does not trigger automatic sends.

Legal basis

We process the data necessary to provide and manage the requested test on the basis of the performance of the requested service (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Technical abuse protection logs are based on our legitimate interest in the security and availability of the service (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). You may object to this second processing.

Recipients and transfers

The Studio team has access to the CRM. We use Hetzner for hosting and Cloudflare for security and site delivery. The speed test sends the indicated URL to Google PageSpeed Insights; it does not send your email. The security and AI readability tests consult the indicated site. We do not sell the data.

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing addendum includes European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards for covered transfers. Retention

The test record and the contact created solely by this test are deleted after 90 days. New technical results for speed, security, and AI readability generated by these forms are deleted after 90 days, unless there is another follow-up request. Files used to limit repeated requests by IP are deleted after seven days. A test may reuse a previous technical result from cache; the email is not recorded in that result and the link to the contact is deleted after 90 days. Backups follow their respective operational rotation.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the email below.
