We run automated 24/7 monitoring (UptimeRobot + Sentry) that catches downtime in seconds. On Scale plans (online shops) we try to act on a best-effort basis for critical emergencies out of hours. On other plans, we act on the next business hour. The SLA counts business hours, not calendar.

Yes. We migrate from Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, PrestaShop, Joomla, Drupal or outdated WordPress. We preserve content, URLs and SEO through 301 redirects. The Redesign service rebuilds the design; Migration just changes hosting. Either way you get a custom quote.

We work on the files, which is where malware lives. The database is only copied when there is no alternative and, in that case, order and customer tables are left out. Before we touch anything we sign a data processing agreement with a defined purpose and deletion deadline. One important note: a compromised site may qualify as a personal data breach, with an obligation to notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours. We tell you that in writing at the start, but the decision to notify is yours.

Clean-ups carry a 30-day guarantee, provided you also accept closing the entry point and the updates we recommend. If you decline that part we still clean it, but without a guarantee, because the cause stays in place. Reinfection is almost never new malware: it is the same hole left open, usually an outdated plugin, a weak password, or another infected site on the same hosting account.

We reach out to talk about an upgrade. We don't cut the site off. The limits are capacity guidelines, not hard walls. Most SMB institutional sites never come close to the Start plan limits.

You open the accounts. Stripe takes 10 minutes online; MB Way + Multibanco go through Ifthenpay with 2–5 days of bank approval. We send a step-by-step guide, install and configure the plugins, and test a real €1 transaction before go-live. Legal requirement: accounts must be in your name for KYC.

Yes. In Portugal it's legally required to issue invoices through software certified by the tax authority (AT). We recommend Moloni (free plan up to 50 documents/year) or InvoiceXpress (from €9.90/mo). You create the account, we integrate the plugin with your store. If you already use Primavera, Sage, Cloudware or Vendus, we connect to what you have.
