WooCommerce online store development
An online store needs a working journey: find a product, choose its variant, pay, receive confirmation and fulfil the order. ILOVEDIGITAL Studio builds WooCommerce stores with scope agreed before work starts. Use this page to decide what must be ready for a proposal and a controlled launch.

Request a proposalCustom store or hosted platform?
A hosted platform can suit a straightforward catalogue and simple workflows when a quick start matters. WooCommerce can suit projects requiring tailored content, integrations or control over hosting and code. The choice depends on real operations, budget and who will maintain the store. We do not recommend a platform solely because it is the one we use.
A catalogue customers can purchase
Before design, define products, variants, attributes, images, prices and availability. Catalogue size affects imports, search, filters and ongoing work. A product page must explain what the buyer receives and make the correct variant selectable. Supplier feeds require an agreed format, update frequency and rules for missing cost or stock data.
Payments, shipping and invoicing
List the countries, currencies, payment methods and fulfilment rules. Payment integrations depend on the chosen provider’s account, terms and approval. Shipping, taxes and invoicing must be checked with the relevant partners and your accountant. Installing an extension is not a substitute for this review. Country-specific methods are considered only where the provider supports them.
Test an order end to end
The test follows the product page, basket, checkout, payment confirmation, order status and notifications. It includes declined payments, cancellations, out-of-stock products and refunds where applicable. We begin with providers’ test environments. Any real transaction requires authorisation and a reversal plan. A fast homepage does not demonstrate a working checkout.
Search visibility and measurement
We define URLs, titles, categories, navigation and which pages should be indexable. Filters and variants should not produce unlimited combinations for crawlers. Migrations require an inventory of old URLs and planned redirects. Measurement must respect visitors’ privacy choices and distinguish a visit from a confirmed order. We promise neither rankings nor sales.
What changes the project cost
Product count, data quality, languages, payment methods, design, integrations and migration affect the work. Hosting, domains, licences and payment fees can be separate recurring costs. A proposal separates deliverables from dependencies. The existing Studio offer is a starting point; pricing is agreed after understanding the project.
What to send for a proposal
Describe your business, markets, approximate product count and required integrations. If you already operate a store, include its URL and what must be retained. You may start without final photography or descriptions if content work is clearly scoped. Do not send passwords, customer records or banking access through a public form.
Operating after launch
Agree who updates products, checks payments and handles orders. Define backups and a recovery procedure, updates, monitoring and recurring tests of revenue-generating functions. Pricing changes, campaigns and integrations need clear owners. Maintenance is contracted and scoped separately when it is outside the store-development agreement.
